Have an issue with a shipment just delivered? Submit an Order Claim online to help streamline the process!

You can now submit any issues you have with an order directly through the Southern Hobby website. 
To access the page to submit a claim you can go to your My Account Page under Submitted Order Claims, in Order History by selecting an order and pressing the Submit Claims button or when drilled into an order using the Submit Claims button.
NOTE: CLAIMS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 5 DAYS OF ORDER DELIVERY DATE
 
Once on the claim page, you will be able to select the line items and the reason for submitting the claim, add any additonal details in the comments box and upload an images. 

 
An email confirmation will be sent to your email on file as well as your SHS rep.

You can view all the claims you submitted or submitted by your rep on the My Submitted Order Claims page.

 
When there has been a resolution to the claim, it will display on the website for you to see and have record of. The claims status will change to Resolved.
